My order showed up packed well overall. The box had a small dent, but nothing inside was damaged or loose, so that was a relief. I do think they could’ve used a bit more padding though. It kind of felt like the packaging was done just enough and not with much care, like my order was a bit overlooked. Still, everything arrived okay, so I can’t complain too much.

I emailed Tombstone Tactical about an order question and they did get back to me, but it took a couple days. The response helped for the most part, though it was short and I ended up having to follow up to get the full answer. Not a terrible experience or anything, just not the smoothest. Faster replies would make a big difference. Anyway

I found a few things on tombstonetactical.com that I hadn’t been able to track down anywhere else, so that was a plus. But after clicking around a bit, some items ended up showing as out of stock, which made me wonder if I’d missed something or just wasn’t paying close enough attention. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but I do wish the availability was clearer upfront. Maybe I’m being picky, but it felt a little less smooth than I expected.

I got my order confirmation quickly and, so far, everything looks fine. I haven’t run into any issues yet, so there’s not really anything to complain about at this point. If something does go wrong later, I’d definitely expect them to own it and apologize, but for now it’s all good

I ordered an item from Tombstone Tactical that was on backorder, i was kind of bracing myself for it to turn into one of those annoying situations where you hear nothing for weeks and then the order just gets canceled. But that’s not what happened. They kept the order active, and when there was actually something to update me on, they did, which I appreciated.
It definitely took a little while, but I knew that going in, so it wasn’t a surprise. What I liked was that they didn’t make big promises they couldn’t keep or act like it would ship tomorrow when it clearly wouldn’t. Once it came in, it shipped out and arrived in good shape. So yeah, overall, happy with how they handled the whole backorder thing.

I ordered from Tombstone Tactical the FFL part went better than I was expecting. I thought it might turn into a back-and-forth thing, but it really didn’t.

They double-checked my FFL info, kept me in the loop, and didn’t make it feel like a hassle. Shipping didn’t move until everything was verified, which I was going to complain about, actually, no, I ended up appreciating that.

I ended up having to cancel an order because, after looking at the confirmation, I realized I had accidentally picked the wrong item. i was kind of ready for it to be a whole annoying back-and-forth, because cancellations can be hit or miss depending on the company, but they actually responded quickly and were able to stop the order before it shipped out.

The refund didn’t show up instantly, but it only took a couple of days, which seems normal from my experience with card refunds. It wasn’t a totally perfect situation just because I had to deal with canceling in the first place, but they handled it fairly and without making it more complicated than it needed to be. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

A couple things were out of stock, but tbh that seems normal lately. Overall it was a good place to look around, and I’d def come back next time I need something.
